The Rum Baba

Poland claims to be the first, France fights for this right too, and the Italians simply love it! * Either way -
the Rum Baba is a VERY VERY (VERY!) rich dessert, goes excellent on special occasions like Christmas and... great for cold winter nights!

A Savarin sponge (light yeast cake) saturated (!!!) in Rum & filled with Vanilla custard, topped with glazed cherries.

E155, E133, E102), cherries, preservatives (211), flavor, colors (102,142, 129)
