The Profiterole
This little "round" ball is full of a BIG surprise! This little round puff ball is made from a Choux pastry, and filled with our special (Vanilla or Caramel) Chantilly cream (A mix of Custard and fresh cream...!).
Profiteroles are great as individual dessert or as a Profiterole cake!
