This little "round" ball is full of a BIG surprise!
Made of Choux pastry,
and filled with our special (Vanilla or Caramel)
Chantilly cream.
Chantilly cream is a special combination of Custard and fresh cream.
So you get to enjoy both worlds...!

Profiteroles are great as individual dessert or as a Profiterole cake!
