in one word, it is, MAD !The base of the cake is a soaked sponge with layers of cream and a unique (MAD!) mango filling, topped with cream and on top...
yes! That MAD mango again! Very sweet tropical cake!

WARNING: People have been reported to go MAD for it...!



Ingredients: Water, eggs, Wheat flour, sugar, milk solids, raising agents (500, 541), emulsifiers [471, 472b, 475, 477 or 472a], thickeners (412, 415), stabiliser (450), colour (102, 110), Vitamin (Thiamin), water, sugar, alcohol, water, E155 E133 E102, orange essence, colors (102, 122), food acid (330), preservative (211), Sugar, Water, Fruits (Mango 12%, Peach), Thickener (1422), Food Acid (330,331), Vegetable Gum (440), Flavour, Preservative (202), Mineral Salt (509), Colour (110), Mangos, sugar, preservatives 220.

With fresh cream: cream, skim milk, sugar, halal gelatin, vegetable gum (407a), emulsifier (471), dextrose (derived from corn), sugar, Sugar, Vegetable gum (401), Maize starch, Modified maize starch (1422), vanilla essence

With Mock cream: sugar, animal fat, vegetable oil, emulsifiers (435, 471), antioxidants[(320(40mg/kg), 310(12mg/kg)] and flavor, water, vanilla essence

Refrigerated 0-4°CEL

Shelf life:

Fresh Cream: 4 days

Mock Cream: 6 days
