The Millefoglie Cake - Italian cake

Puff pastry layers combined with our famous sweet Vanilla custard,
and topped with a special Lemon icing.
This cake has the perfect balance between the Vanilla taste
and the
crisp-crunchy pastry.

The Millefoglie cake (say: MI-LEH-FO-LI-YEH), is also known as
Mille-feuille
(French for
'thousand leaves')), Napoleon (U.S.),
vanilla slice, cream slice or custard slice (Commonwealth countries).
It is thought to have originated in Naples Italy
.






Ingredients: Unbleached flour, blended vegetable oils, water, salt, emulsifiers (435, 471, 475, 322) antioxidant (306), sugar, water, vanilla essence, Modified maize starch (1422), Wheat starch, Salt, Colors (102, 110, 122, 124, 171), Flavors, glucose, lemon essence, palm kernel oil (vegetable fat), cocoa powder, lecithin 322, vanillin, animal fat, vegetable oil, emulsifiers, antioxidants[(320(40mg/kg), 310(12mg/kg)]
