St. Honoré Cake

Our St Honore cake (say: Saint Ho-No-Reh) combines puff pastry and sponge soaked with Liquor, Chantilly cream & fresh cream. The top is decorated with Chocolate coated Profiteroles.

The result is a spectacular cake, with a very rich flavour:

The St Honore Cake, is named for the French Patron Saint of bakers and pastry chefs.
It is considered to be a very special cake to be made only by experienced pastry chefs.
