The Italian Cannoli
Cannoli (In Italian: "Little Tube") is a famous and much-loved Sicilian dessert. Our Cannoli is a crunchy sweet pastry, filled with a sweet creamy filling: Vanilla custard, Chocolate Custard, Sweet Ricotta mix or Caramel Chantilly.
And by the way - its not CANNELLONI, its CANNOLI :)

Few important things to know about Cannoli:
Once the Cannoli shell is filled, is best to be eaten... the same day it was filled! Why? Because the next day the filling starts to absorb into the shell, which will soften the shell (Most Cannoli fans love their Cannoli crunchy).
But not to worry - we have solutions for the problem:
1. Our best solution is to eat it! NOW! 2. We also have the option of Chocolate coated Cannoli (coating inside the shell). This inner coating "protect" the shell from the custard or Ricotta filling. See photo below 3. You can also purchase from us empty Cannoli shells and separate containers of the fillings, and fill the Cannoli as needed. The shell itself, when stored in container in a dry dark place, will last for a long long time... The filling (custard or Ricotta) shelf-life is approx 5-7 days (refrigerated). Cannoli can be filled either with a piping bag or a simple knife. We will be more than happy to show you how to fill a Cannoli.
