The Italian Baked Ricotta Cheesecake

Made of our special sweet ricotta mix, which mainly consists
high quality Ricotta cheese.

The result is our Italian Baked Ricotta:  A moist sweet baked cheesecake,
slightly lighter than our cold-set cheesecakes.

Ricotta, is an Italian fresh, soft snowy white cheese, with rich mild flavour.
The Ricotta cheese is naturally low in fat.


Ingredients: Ricotta (pasteurized whey, pasteurized milk, salt, food acid 260), sugar, eggs, corn flour, rice flour, vanilla essence, lemon essence, baking powder, orange essence, raw cane, palm kernel oil,  inulin (from chicory), emulsifiers (soya, lecithin E476), natural vanilla flavor, Wheat, Vitamin (Thiamin), Animal fats, Vegetable oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifiers (soya bean lecithin, 435 ), Milk solids, Flavors, Acidity Regulator (331), Antioxidants [320 (32mg/kg), 310 (10mg/kg)] and Colors (160b,100 ), baking powder
